I’ll Take Spaghetti but Hold the Mayo!

In many small Southern towns, legends are created in an instant. Just mention purple Converse, mayonnaise, panty labels, or visiting the school lab after hours to someone who grew up in the 1970's in Albertville and, and different childhood legends come to mind for each act.
After completing Mr. Beam's book, the author wanted to share stories connecting him and Joey long before they became brothers-in-law. "The interviews with one of the protagonists, Tommy Winkles, were so much fun. The book was completed and his copy delivered months before he succumbed to cancer. I am so glad he could share his memories of those crazy moments in this book."
The author's aversion to all things mayonnaise is known throughout his hometown, creating many playful interactions at mealtime.
